- Program Coordinator, Health Promotion and Prevention Services
Emily is excited to serve as the Interim Assistant Director in the Colonial Health Center's health promotion office at the George Washington University. Originally from Alexandria, VA, she graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN with a degree in psychology and a minor in music. After college, she worked professionally with a campus ministry at the University of Tennessee advising student leaders and assisting with programming for students. She then attended Clemson University in Clemson, SC where she earned a Masters of Education specializing in student affairs and counseling.
Emily has served at GW since the summer of 2013, and enjoys educating students on healthy lifestyle choices to empower them to develop into healthy young adults!
