Justin Jacques is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Addiction Counselor II, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He possesses a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Education from the University of Colorado and an undergraduate degree in Health Promotions from the University of Northern Iowa. Justin counsels from a strength based perspective by empowering students to make positive life changes and helping them utilize their natural talents and abilities. Currently, Justin is also a Ph. D. student in Counselor Education and Supervision at The George Washington University. Justin’s research interest includes veteran populations, health and wellness, addiction, emerging adults, and university athlete’s identity development.
