Kami Sidman is a licensed graduate professional counselor (LGPC) in the District of Columbia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).  She received her master’s degree in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech, and she holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School as well as a bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley.  Prior to joining MHS as a clinician, Ms. Sidman worked at Georgetown University Law Center, advising students on academic and career concerns. Ms. Sidman brings a Person-Centered and Existential approach to counseling, providing a warm, empowering environment for clients. She particularly enjoys working with clients on issues of anxiety, self-acceptance, relationship concerns, transition and adjustment, identity development, spirituality, diversity, and decision-making.  Kami Sidman, M.A.Ed., LGPC can be reached at [email protected].
