Dr. Kimberly Wong is a licensed psychologist in the District of Columbia and the state of Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in art history from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Personnel Services at Fordham University, where she also went on to receive her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. Prior to joining the Mental Health Services team at George Washington University, Dr. Wong held a position as a staff psychologist at the University of Pennsylvania Counseling and Psychological Services, where she also completed her doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship. Dr. Wong’s areas of clinical interest include: identity development and exploration, trauma, cross-cultural issues and multicultural counseling, loss and life transitions, family and relationship concerns, and career exploration.
