Sandi Wagner has been practicing social work for over 15 years and serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Services. She previously founded a successful nonprofit addressing gaps in services for women experiencing active addiction and homelessness, was an Instructor of Social Work at a Liberal Arts College in Ohio, and spent over over 10 years working in child welfare and advocacy as a forensic interviewer, assisting in investigations of child abuse, neglect, and witness to violence concerns. Prior to moving to DC, she lived in Germany for three years and spent time assisting in humanitarian mental health aid as an EMDR Therapist for Ukrainian refugees. Sandi has specialized training in treating trauma, substance use concerns, relationship and couples counseling and group therapy. Sandi loves being outside, camping, hiking, and biking to work every day with her two daughters. She believes there is no bad weather, just bad clothing.
