Sarafina creates collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive spaces grounded in curiosity, honesty, and an intersectional lens. She integrates Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapies with mindfulness and somatic practices, centering students as the experts in their own lives while offering thoughtful support.
Sarafina also co-facilitates the Sexual Assault Support Space that begins each semester. Meeting times and how to sign up can be found on the Student Health Center Website.

About Me:
Sarafina is passionate about accessibility and systemic advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys running with her dog Beetle, making collages, exploring the DMV, and leaving amateur movie reviews on Letterboxd.
